Tribute to Heath Ledger a.k.a The Joker

Heath Ledger died on January 22, 2008 due to accidental “toxic combination of prescription drugs”. Ledger died just after showing the world his talent with his role as The Joker in the film The Dark Knight.

On the third anniversary of Heath Ledger’s death, the web buzzed with tributes all day to the actor. Twitter had many tweets about Heath Ledger, who was such a talent but who left the world so young. Below are a few of the many Tweets about Heath Ledger on Saturday:

Actress Michelle Williams discussed the three-year anniversary of Heath Ledger’s death in a recent interview with Marie Clare magazine. Williams said she realizes she “can never replace the void he has left in her life and the life of their young daughter, Matilda.”

In the Marie Claire interview, Williams said, “Very obviously, for me and for her, there’s a hole in our life..Nothing will fit in that hole because what we want back we can’t get, which is this one person.”
